As a Consultant, there’s no upfront cost — you earn 5% on closed deals. As a Partner, there’s an advance commitment and a sales-support structure we’ll walk you through on your first call with us.
Helpful, but not required. Consultants range from career ed-sales professionals to school leaders and parents with strong local networks. For the Partner path, we do look for business maturity and existing school relationships.
No exclusivity on joining. Territory exclusivity is earned — Partners who hit Year 1 targets can be granted territory protection from Year 2.
For Consultants, IME or the brand bills the school directly. For Partners, IME bills you and you bill the school — protecting your school relationship and giving you P&L ownership.
Sales presentations, brochures, pricing sheets, co-branded materials, product training, and where applicable, field sales and marketing support. All partners get access to our brand folder system.
Yes. Many of our strongest Partners started as Consultants. Once you have a track record of closed deals and want deeper commercial involvement, we’ll structure the transition.
